When We Receive An Order:
Orders received Monday - Wednesday prior to 3pm are usually shipped within one business day! Occasionally, however, that time frame might have to be extended, usually during peak seasons (December holidays, Valentines Day and Easter). You'll get an email when we create the shipping label so you can follow it along!
Orders received after 3pm Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday (or Tuesday, if Monday is a post office holiday). This is to make sure that your chocolates do not get left in a post office or warehouse over a weekend. If you require your chocolates to be delivered by a specific date, please give us a call at (470) 240-8353 and we will work with you to decide the best shipping solution.
When An Order Is A Gift:
We love that you want to share JARDI with a friend or family member! However, surprise deliveries of chocolates are not, on the whole, the best idea. We highly encourage you to tell the recipient that a perishable product is being delivered to them to make sure someone is there to receive it. If you want to include a little gift note, please let us know what you would like it to say in the “notes to seller” box at check out!
When An Order Is Being Delivered:
You will get lots of emails from us allowing you to track your package! We cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for chocolates that are left outside, in mailboxes, or stolen after delivery. We therefore highly encourage you to ship your chocolates to an address where someone will be able to accept it and bring it inside.
When An Order Is Lost:
We would love to be like Amazon and have our own shipping company to insure 100% that your chocolates are delivered perfectly! But unfortunately, we have to trust another company ship for us. In this case, we use the UPS because we’ve found they are the best combination of high speed and low price for you, our customers. Once a package leaves our kitchen, it is, quite literally, out of our hands. If a package seems to be lost, please reach out to us at (470) 240-8353 and we will do everything in our power to find it and ascertain when it will be delivered. Your complete satisfaction is our #1 goal, and we will work with you to decide what the best option is, be it a refund or a replacement.
When You Want To Avoid Shipping Costs:
If you’re in the Chamblee area, we’d love to meet you! You are always welcome to choose the “Local Pick-Up” option at checkout and come pick up your chocolates in person from our production facility. We're around Monday-Friday, 11am - 7pm.
