As the weather turns cooler and thoughts shift toward all things warm and comforting...

we're leaning into the cozier side of fall.

Dirty Chai: Nothing beats a steaming cup of chai on a cool fall morning. But in this house, caffeine is still a necessity!  An adorable little ghost holds a bitter coffee sauce layered over a spicy chai-infused dark chocolate ganache.

Banana Maple: One of life’s simple pleasures are fresh banana pancakes on Saturday mornings, and being from the northeast, naturally real maple syrup always has to be on the table.  This twist features maple fudge and a banana caramelized white chocolate ganache

Caramel Apple: every fall is a child we would go apple picking with my mother‘s family and then we’d spend the next several weeks trying to include apples in every meal! This is my nod to that: an apple cider caramel on top of a spiced cider white chocolate ganache. 

Peanut: And finally, it wouldn’t be Halloween without peanut butter cups! This twist has a peanut caramel hiding a salted peanut half sitting on top of a peanut dark chocolate cream, all inside a shell decorated to look like spooky lightning flashing across the night sky
