Strawberry Mint: fresh peak-of-season strawberries are roasted and pureed then blended with delicious dark chocolate, topped with a fresh mint sauce.
Apricot: we're drawing inspiration from the classic chocolate dessert, Sachertorte! Fresh apricot jam and an apricot dark chocolate ganache, finished with just a touch of raspberry.
Coconut Caramel: caramel is wonderful by itself, but you'll be singing Beach Boys tunes all day thanks to the addition of sweet coconut milk.
POG (passion orange guava): coined and created in 1971 at Haleakala Dairy in Hawaii, POG juice was the inspiration for this bunny! We've mixed guava puree and Valrhona's Passion Fruit Inspiration couverture with just a touch of orange zest for a fabulous texture we think you'll love
